Halloween is a night that can be filled with fun memories and notorious stories that honestly you might never live down. Is your date slurring their words? Walking with a shuffle? Or having a hard time keeping their eyes open? They are either too drunk to consent or a zombie … either way, it’s best to end your night. Join us for My Costume is Not My Consent, an evening to explore the booooby traps of the Halloween holiday through our trick-or-treat tabling fair and carnival. Come dressed up for our costume contest and enjoy music, candy, and fun as you learn more about topics such as bystander intervention, consent, gender expectations for Halloween, and safe drinking. Halloween drinks might not solve all your problems, but they’re worth a shot — one shot an hour! Rain location is in the Smithgall Student Services Building.
